He and his team of Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Trainers provide leading-edge Mind-Body Fitness Training, which focuses on the science of the mind-body connection: the role and affect of thoughts (beliefs) and emotions (feelings) on body health and wellness. Mind-body Fitness training also focuses on the most important aspect to being healthy, well, and fit -- breathing.
